The Taoiseach, Enda Kenny announced today in the Dáil that a referendum on same-sex marriage will take place next Spring.
He was responding to a question in the Dáil today from Sinn Fein’s Gerry Adams about the referendum. Although no date was specified, he confirmed that it will happen in the Spring.
