Storm Ali’s effects are still being felt.
The Luas has recommended that all its passengers heading northbound “avail of Bus services from the Dundrum and Balally area due to the high number of bus services in the area” on Thursday morning.
Many stops were taken out of operation on Wednesday after storm debris damaged a power line between the Beechwood and Ranelagh stops.
However, as of Thursday morning, many of the Green Line’s most central stops, including St Stephen’s Green, will still not be serving the public.
Riders are being advised that there is no Luas service whatsoever between Cowper and Dawson Street. Luas tickets will be accepted on Dublin Bus for the time being.
At the time of writing, the Green Line is only operating between Broombridge and Dawson, and Brides Glen to Cowper.
