Sexual battery lawsuit filed against Kevin Spacey

The alleged incident occurred in 2016.

After the advent of the #MeToo movement, Spacey was at the centre of allegations made by actor Anthony Rapp — who said that Spacey sexually abused him when he was 14 years old.

After that, Spacey was fired by House of Cards and was replaced by Christopher Plummer in All The Money In The World.

Now, Deadline is reporting that Spacey is being sued in Los Angeles Superior Court for sexual battery and false imprisonment.

The claim is detailed below, and it is graphic:

“Spacey assaulted and battered plaintiff by forcing plaintiff to touch his scrotum, testicles, and penis, grabbing plaintiff’s shoulders and pulling him in for an apparent attempted forced kiss, and grabbing plaintiff’s genitalia,” according to the court document.

“During these assaults, plaintiff repeatedly asked Spacey to allow him to leave, but Spacey blocked access to Spacey’s massage table and the door with his naked body.”

Spacey is also under investigation in the United Kingdom.
