There was no winner of Wednesday night’s National Lottery jackpot of €5,493,566 but it wasn’t all doom and gloom for players.
One player managed to match five numbers plus the bonus number to scoop themselves a cool €40,302.
The winning numbers were 11, 28, 29, 39, 42, 44 and the bonus number was 27.
There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 draw, the numbers drawn were 13, 16, 30, 32, 35, 38 and the bonus number was 9.
There was also no winner of the Lotto Plus 2 draw, the numbers drawn were 5, 8, 13, 16, 32, 35 and the bonus number was 28.
