Ah here…
Giving out about the price of food and drink in one of the busiest tourist areas in Ireland is as common as giving out about the weather these days, but although we were forewarned, we still did a bit of a double take when we came across just how much a Temple Bar pub charged for two pints of lager and two packets of crisps last night.
A mate of mine posted this on Facebook! I knew the prices were high, but seriously?! pic.twitter.com/J3qKuEKk92

We weren’t there so who knows, maybe the crisps were of the luxury variety and were a level above your standard packet of cheese and onion Tayto or bacon fries, but you can hardly blame tourists (as well as regular Irish punters) for giving out about the price of going out when you see this.
Mad stuff Ted.
