A teenage boy has died following an incident in Powerscourt on Wednesday (5 August).

Gardaí attended the scene of the fatal incident in Powerscourt Estate, House and Gardens in Wicklow at approximately 2.30pm.
A male teenage youth was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been removed to the mortuary at Saint Columcille’s Hospital, Loughlinstown, where a post-mortem will be carried out.
Investigations are ongoing, though the incident is being treated as a tragic accident.
