The Playboy Mansion has been sold for $100 million to the boy next door

The deep clean will probably cost a fortune.

33-year old businessman and next-door neighbour, Daren Metropoulos, has bought the Playboy Mansion, 20,000sq foot of property and will take official ownership of the mansion once Hugh Hefner dies.

It is being reported, however, that Hefner, 90, will have to pay $1 million dollars every year in rent to his neighbour and that all parties in the house will have to be pre-approved by the new owner.

The mansion was listed at double the price earlier in the year, but perhaps no one wanted to pay that much for a house presumably encrusted with mystery bodily fluids, or a grotto hot tub festering in rare bacteria which causes legionnaires disease, a type of pneumonia.
