It is being reported, however, that Hefner, 90, will have to pay $1 million dollars every year in rent to his neighbour and that all parties in the house will have to be pre-approved by the new owner.
The mansion was listed at double the price earlier in the year, but perhaps no one wanted to pay that much for a house presumably encrusted with mystery bodily fluids, or a
grotto hot tub festering in rare bacteria which causes legionnaires disease, a type of pneumonia.
