The refugee crisis is dominating the news at the moment in the aftermath of the horrifying pictures of the drowned 3-year-old named Aylan Kurdi.
The gut-wrenching photos are embedded into the minds of everyone that has seen them and has prompted a backlash against immigration policies and indeed, some people’s attitudes towards refugees.
We’ve seen football clubs like Bayern Munich and Celtic make humanitarian gestures by donating money and setting up academies for refugees.
