According to RTÉ, the rest of Friday will be mild enough (highest of 13 to 15 degrees) and, with the exception of some coastal counties, the country should stay relatively dry, which is nice.
Saturday is a different story though, with widespread rain expected throughout Ireland for the first half of the day, easing slightly in the evening.
We get a bit of a breather on Sunday morning, but the wet weather will return nationally in the afternoon, before easing to drizzle as day turns to night.
Still though, it's the weekend... huh?... huh??
