It’s really happening, folks. The cancellation, that is, not the concerts. They’ve been binned.
Anyone who bought tickets to the Croke Park shows via phone, mobile or online will receive a full refund automatically.
Ticketmaster revealed that, “a full refund including service charges will automatically be returned to the card used to make the purchase.”
People are asked to allow 7 to 10 working days for money to reach their accounts.
For those who bought tickets through Ticketmaster outlets, refund forms will be available at the centre where tickets were purchased from Tuesday July 15th.
“A full refund including service charges will be processed by bank transfer within 21 days of receiving the form and tickets,” says Ticketmaster of in-person purchases.
