Two people have been shot outside the Houses of Parliament in London.
At least a dozen people are reportedly injured after an incident on Wednesday afternoon, according to Reuters.

There are also unconfirmed reports that the man was seen carrying a knife within the grounds of the Palace of Westminster, which is currently on lockdown.

Eyewitness reports claim that a car was involved in the major security alert, with suggestions that a loud crash preceded the gunshots.
The Telegraph have since reported that two people were seen lying within Old Palace Yard while the sitting of the House of Commons has since been suspended
