Tragic news…
Two males in their late teens have been killed following a car crash in Donegal in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The two teens were fatally injured when the vehicle which they were travelling crashed between Quigley’s Point and Whitecastle .
Three other teenagers were also injured in the crash, according to RTE, and have been taken to hospital, where their condition has been described as stable.
All the passengers of the car are understood to be from the Buncrana area, and there was no other vehicle involved in the crash.
The road between Quigley’s Point and Moville remains closed with diversions in place while Gardaí carry out a technical examination of the scene.
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses – particularly anyone who may have been on the Quigley’s Point to Moville Road between 3am and 3.40am – to contact Buncrana Garda Station on 074- 9320540, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
