UK couple win the EuroMillions for a second time, the lucky feckers

"I don't feel guilty I've won twice, I don't really care what other people think."

Tony Cuddihy

A couple in the United Kingdom have just won the EuroMillions for a second time.

This is NOT an April Fools joke, in case you’re wondering.

David and Kathleen Long first won a million in 2013 and have now done it all over again.

They still live in a modest, static caravan but did splash out on a big wedding and a new car when they first struck gold.

Dave said: “It’s got to be, hasn’t it? I’m finding it hard to believe we won again. We settled for once but twice is something else.

“You’ve got to get in there though. You’ve got to be in it to win it.”

Dave says he’s planning to buy a season ticket to see Liverpool play with his winnings.

“I’m hoping with the money we can finally go on a honeymoon cruise. We said we would after our wedding on honeymoon last year and never got round to it. I’m not a big fan of flying.

“Maybe I’ll buy a season ticket for Liverpool, too. They’re my favourite team but a season ticket is hard to come buy. I don’t have a dream car, but a lovely 4×4 will do.

“I don’t feel guilty I’ve won twice, I don’t really care what other people think.

“I will donate some of the money to charity. The one closest to my heart is Lindsey’s Hospice down the road.

“They help a lot of people who are terminally ill and my mother, who is 81, still does voluntary work there.”
