An unclassified FBI tip that has been released as part of the Epstein files has brought light to a rape accusation made against Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.
The document, which is dated from 27/10/2020 and has a case ID number of SOD-NY-3027571, details what appears to be a conversation between a former limousine driver and a woman, who knew each other and had a previous relationship.
The file is marked as an FBI intake, effectively a tip where someone has passed information on to the FBI.
It is worth noting that, essentially, the FBI will keep all tips passed on to them, regardless of circumstances or likeliness around the information.
Most the names in the document have been redacted to protect identities.
The file presents multiple interactions between the caller, who is a former limousine driver, and a former partner who mentions Trump, Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
It appears to mention the caller and former limousine driver had met Donald Trump before, picking him up at Dallas Fort Worth Airport in 1995.
It reads: "[redacted] reported some of the things President Trump had spoken about during the ride while on his cell phone were very concerning.
"[redacted] reported he was 'a few seconds from pulling the limousine over on the median and within a few seconds of pulling him out of the car and hurting him due to some of the things he was saying,' but chose not to.
"[redacted] noted Trump continuously stated the name 'Jeffrey' while on the phone and made references to 'abusing some girl.' [redacted] was unsure who he was talking to nor who he was referencing."
The intake then talks about the caller had told a story from Christmas Eve 1999 after getting a ride with the woman who he had a previous relationship with.
It read: "[redacted] talked about his time meeting Donald Trump," and that "[redacted] immediately went 'stone cold' and stated, 'he raped me.'
"[redacted] said 'what,' as [redacted] replied, 'Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein.'
The file continues: "[redacted] noted some girl with a funny name 'took me into a fancy hotel or building, that’s how it happened.'"
The tip continues with what appears to be the driver advising the woman to contact the police about the incident, to which the woman replied: "I can't, they will kill me".
The file added: "On Christmas Day, [redacted] contacted [redacted] and stated she had in fact called the police about what they had talked about. [redacted] told her she had 'done good.'
The tip goes on to potentially suggest that the woman who claimed to have been raped had died a matter of days later, although the redacted names make it difficult to know who is being referenced.
The file reads: "[redacted] did not hear from [redacted] until 01/10/2000. [redacted] reached out to [redacted] stating [redacted] was dead and noted she was found with her head 'blown off' in Kiefer, OK [Oklahoma].
"Officers on the scene stated there was no way it was a suicide. The coroner stated it was a suicide."
"[redacted] later stated [redacted] committed suicide because [redacted] had gotten cocaine from a Mexican drug cartel. [redacted] feels the murder is a cover for Ghislaine.
"The last contact with [redacted] was after [redacted] posted this information on Facebook a couple of weeks prior. [redacted] called [redacted] yelling that he had put the family in danger. [redacted] explained [redacted] had a third daughter named [redacted]."
The Department of Justice has already responded to many of the claims being made in the Epstein files, saying some documents were “unfounded and false, and if they had a shred of credibility, they would have been weaponised against President Trump already”.
