Many colleges in Red level threat zones had announced their decision to keep their doors closed on Monday October 16 while Hurricane Ophelia passes.

Since our initial report, several more colleges have decided to suspend studies for the day.

Limerick IT announced that all of its campuses would be closed tomorrow.
