The weather outside is frightful as Storm Frank is expected to hit us hard today with more winds and heavy rain expected.
A lot of roads are already covered after the rain from the last few days, but one guy in Tipperary isn't letting a bit of surface water stop him on his journey.
Oisin Harding spotted a girl** wakeboarding (!) down the N65 road to Galway, here's the crazy footage.
