VIDEO: Belated White Christmas comes to Kerry thanks to ridiculous amount of sea foam from Storm Frank

A sight to behold.

The effects of Storm Frank are being felt all over Ireland right now and the south of the country has been hit particularly hard, as is evident in this incredible image from Mallow this morning.
