A terrible tragedy.
At least 11 people have died and dozens are still missing following a devastating earthquake in the south Taiwanese city of Tainan last night, according to
BBC.
The magnitude 6.4 quake struck just before 4am local time when most people were at home asleep and it toppled buildings across the city.
