Irish broadcasting legend George Hook, with a little bit of help from the well-dressed folk at The Westbury Hotel in Dublin, has stepped up to the soaking wet plate to undertake his own Ice Bucket Challenge in aid of the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association, nominating his fellow Newstalk broadcaster Jonathan Healy, his “old friend” Tom McGurk and his “former friend” Eddie O’Sullivan.
Keep a wee eye out for that one very determined ice cube, resolutely staying put atop George’s head like a fashionable little frozen hat.
