Politicians from every party and part of the country have featured on RTÉ's Election 2016 country today, but few are cutting more despondent figures than the outgoing Labour TDs. Asked by host Miriam O'Callaghan whether or not it has been a difficult day for him, Dublin Bay South TD Kevin Humphreys had quite a dramatic response, telling O'Callaghan that he'd rather go home to bed, take some painkillers and sleep the whole thing off. https://twitter.com/JOEdotie/status/703603019401793536 Miriam had listed the various Labour TDs who look set to lose their seats today, and Humphreys is far from safe in Dublin Bay South.
