Have you ever run across the Luas tracks thinking the coast was clear? Well this video is sure to make you think twice before crossing without looking…

The Luas makes hundreds of trips into the City Centre every single day ferrying thousands of people to and from their chosen destinations. However, Dublin’s City Centre is an extremely busy place during rush hour and certain pedestrians take a massive risk by crossing the lines without looking.

The video below features clips recorded by the CCTV camera located in the driver’s cab and it shows just how close some people come to being hurt, or worse, killed.

Thankfully, most of the pedestrians seem to realise they’re in the wrong moments before it’s too late, but the lad at the 0:56 mark is just taking the p*ss.

Now, we can only assume the driver in question was beeping the horn and/or sounding the instantly recognisable ‘Luas is moving’ bell, but he the bloke in the red jacket continues on as bold as brass.

When will people learn?
