Whether you are an expert in his life or someone who wasn’t around to see his famed walk to freedom in 1990, this obituary by RTE on the life on Nelson Mandela, broadcast tonight, is well worth eight minutes of your time.
Telling his story simply, and powerfully, with great archive footage, it is spot on and heartfelt and just perfect for the mood.
