Truly chilling scenes…
A video has been released by police in Northamptonshire, England showing a man attempting to stab two police officers in March last year.
The video was recorded on a police body cam and shows Lee Vickers, 37, approaching police and swinging wildly with a large blade in an attempt to stab the officer.
Officers Alex Prentice and Debbie Wishart managed to overpower Vickers and arrest him.
Vickers was jailed for three-and-a-half years while the two officers involved received a Chief Constable’s Commendation for their bravery.
