Our hearts go out to the relatives of the passengers of missing flight MH370 caught up in this in Kuala Lumpur Airport this morning; this is quite shocking.

Kay Burley of Sky News was one of a scrum of reporters at Kuala Lumpur airport this morning looking to get footage of the relatives of those on board missing flight MH370, details surrounding which are still a mystery nearly two weeks after it disappeared while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

In what was a surreal and frankly disturbing scene, Burley and a number of other photographers, camera operators and journalists raced through the airport in pursuit of two female relatives of passengers on board the flight, who had earlier been ejected from a news conference for an attempted protest.

The pursuit of the women was captured on Sky News as Burley described everything that was going on, from the shameful treatment of one of the women who had been mowed over in the scrum (to which Burley seemed happy to apportion blame elsewhere) to her detailing the loss of her phone and, most bizarrely of all, breathlessly commenting on her need to hit the gym after she ran the wrong way up an escalator in an attempt to get to the front of the pack.

The whole thing was incredibly bizarre and more than a little bit disturbing and although the missing plane is at the top of the world news agenda at the moment, surely this was taking things a little bit too far?
