Storm Imogen is beginning to make its mark.
Storm Imogen, the latest in a series of storms to hit Ireland in recent weeks, brought with it more miserable conditions throughout the country last night. Met Éireann last night issued three weather warnings valid until noon today and in Limerick, the devastating effects of the adverse weather are already there to be seen.
