A woman in Oldham, Greater Manchester, escaped almost certain death when an out of control car hurtled towards her and mounted the pavement.
Miracle on 34th Street is a much heralded film, but this is a miracle on Ashton Road in Oldham and it was all caught on CCTV.
Somewhat bizarrely, the video contains a soundtrack of a very famous piece of classical music, however it seems to add to the majesty of the slow motion and thankfully a blissfully happy ending when we realise the woman was unhurt.
We hope this woman buys (us) a lottery ticket this weekend.
