WATCH: Donald Trump was joined onstage last night by everybody’s favourite Brexiteer

Carl Kinsella

This is a match made in anti-immigration heaven.

Leading Brexiteer and former leader of Great Britain’s UKIP party Nigel Farage joined Donald Trump onstage last night at one of the Republican nominee’s rallies in Jackson, Mississippi.

Donald Trump spoke glowingly of Farage as he introduced him, referring to him as ‘Mr. Brexit’. When Farage took to the stage he immediately launched into the same rhetoric we heard so much of in the run-up to June 23, referring to Britain’s ‘Independence day’ and the power of ‘ordinary, decent, real people’ to ‘smash the establishment.’

Farage was received with adoration by the Mississippi crowd while he gave a short and vague speech which largely centred on the theme of ‘real people beating the establishment.’

You can watch his speech in its entirety below. Warning: he no longer has a moustache.
