Dublin Fire Brigade were called into action on Saturday to deal with a pretty startling car fire in Ballymun.
The Dublin Fire Brigade posted a short video of one firefighter trying to get the blaze under control on their official Twitter page.
While nobody was injured in the incident, the fire itself is pretty sizeable.
In an accompanying statement on social media, the fire brigade wrote: “Firefighters from Finglas attended this car fire earlier in #Ballymun. Car fires produce some nasty toxins when they are burning amd Breathing Apparatus is a must. You should close you windows if one is burning near your home.”
At one point, the car’s alarm goes off, realising all too late that it is on fire.
