WATCH: The House of Commons reaction to Theresa May’s speech is sad and hilarious

Theresa May speech

If Brexit ever had a noise, this is it…

Theresa May addressed the House of Commons on Thursday morning about the Brexit withdrawal agreement which was given the green light by her cabinet on Wednesday night, although with some opposition.

The fall-out from it continues to happen with a number of ministers from her cabinet stepping down today, including Brexit Minister Dominic Raab.

Theresa May spoke at length in the House of Commons about the draft agreement, and she came in for a lot of jeering and snide remarks during her speech.

But the worst of all was reserved for when she finished speaking and went to return to her chair.

We have to admit, in one way, we find it rather funny that a group elected by members of the public to represent them at the highest levels of politics can sink to the depths of such jeering at their Prime Minister following her speech.

On another level, there’s something overwhelmingly depressing that Britain are in this position, and the people elected to make the decisions are acting like they’re back in secondary school, making nosies at a student who’s accidentally said “Mam” instead of “Miss” when addressing the teacher.

Just have a look at the video below until the end…

As we said earlier, if Brexit had a noise, it would be this…
