Be honest, you’re going to miss the absolute circus that is the US presidential election when it’s gone. This week alone has given us plenty to write about like John Oliver’s brilliant dissection of Trump’s sexist comments, Robert DeNiro laying the verbal smackdown on the Republican candidate and the debate itself which saw Trump stalk Hillary Clinton like the velociraptors did in Jurassic Park.
Paul Ryan and Arnold Schwarzenegger aren’t getting in formation for Donald Trump but he still has his supporters, one of them isBetsy McCaughey, the former Lieutenant Governor of NY State.
McCaughey was a guest on CNN last night and she aimed to deflect some of the deserved criticism that has been coming Trump’s way onto Hillary Clinton. How did she do this you ask? Well, Hillary’s favourite musician is Beyoncé and what unfolded on live TV is utterly bizarre.

Yep, you heard that right. McCaughey has somehow linked Trump’s sexually aggressive comments about women to a lyric from Beyoncé’s song Formation.
Not to be outdone, this Dirty Dancing-inspired mashup is being shared by everyone. Will it be Trump or Clinton that’s put in the corner by the American voters?
