Heavy rain will occur, leading to flooding in places.
Along with the multiple weather warnings already issued for Halloween Monday, Met Éireann has put out another weather alert for later in the week.
The latest warning is in the Status Yellow wind and rain category and applies to all of Ireland.
Published on Monday morning, it is set to take effect from 4am to 9pm on Wednesday (2 November).
“Very windy on Wednesday with widespread gales: southerly veering westerly,” it reads.
“Some severe and damaging gusts may occur.
“Potential for localised wave overtopping along Atlantic coasts.
“A spell of heavy rain will occur, leading to flooding in places.”
Meanwhile, the UK Met Office has issued a Status Yellow wind warning for Antrim and Down which will also be valid on Wednesday from 7am to 6pm.
