A weather warning is in place for these two Irish provinces

Met Eireann has issued a weather warning for Munster and Leinster.

Heavy rain is expected in those areas tonight and right throughout the day tomorrow, with 30 to 40mm forecast.

The warning, which is a status yellow, has been issued on Tuesday afternoon and is active from midnight until 9pm on Wednesday.

The warning on the website reads.
