A title shot in Croker or Vegas awaits Conor McGregor if he wins this weekend, says Dana White

Please let it be Croke Park, please let it be Croke Park

Both options sound pretty cool but a UFC title shot in front of a packed house at Croker would be amazing.

Speculation about a potential title bout with Jose Aldo in Croke Park later this year has been doing the rounds for some time now and Dana White added fuel to the fire in a Twitter Q and A this evening.

The UFC chief was asked about a title shot for McGregor and responded that it would either be in Las Vegas – nearly a second home for The Notorious at this stage – or Croke Park, which would be one of the biggest Irish sporting events of the year if it was to go ahead.

All of this, of course, depends on McGregor beating Dennis Siver at UFC Fight Night in Boston on Sunday night, but it’s OK to dream, right?
