Becky Lynch is on top of her game right now.
We’re not exaggerating when we say that Becky Lynch has been killing the game as of late.
It’s pretty well-known that she has been one of the best things about the WWE since the start of 2018, and the fans have been eating up everything she does.
Which is why it was so damn upsetting that her fight with Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series was cancelled due to a nasty concussion.
Lynch was devastated by the decision made by WWE’s medical experts not to let her fight, and this incredible video released by the WWE shows just how invested the Bray woman was in that fight in particular.
MMA journalist Ariel Helwani is the latest to chime in with praise for Lynch. He did so on his podcast Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show.
Speaking about The Man (Lynch’s nickname), Helwani said: “Can I tell you what my favourite combat sports story of the week is? There is one that is so much more in tune than anything else going on.
“Number one by far, massive gap between number one and two. Can’t get enough, all in. All my chips in. Intoxicated by it!
“Any guesses? Two words: The Man. Becky Lynch. There was one fighter, and I’ll call her a fighter, and one fighter only, who could have tapped in to Ronda’s MMA career. And she has done it perfectly. And become a star. And the way she’s done it! I am all in.
“There was one opportunity to do it right. She nailed it.”
