The government's "zero tolerance" policy is looking a bit cheap.

The Horse and Greyhound Fund is up €3m in the budget, up to €102m - split between €81.6m for horse racing, and €20.4m greyhound racing. The fund has gone up 21% over the past six years.

Cuan, the national Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (DSGBV) Agency, is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of Zero Tolerance – the Third National Strategy on DSGBV.
