We’re sure that Conor McGregor has more pressing issues on his mind right now, an upcoming fight against Dennis Siver in Boston being the main one, but the Notorious will be back speaking to Irish audiences very shortly.

The Dublin Web Summit is always a fantastic occasion and its Sport Summit has once again brought together some of the best athletes, coaches, entrepreneurs and sports-tech experts to entertain the crowds.

A host of topics will be discussed by various speakers including tips to help improve sporting performance, businesses and technology.

We all know that McGregor has the knack of being able to hold an entire audience in the palm of his hand and we’re sure that he will have a few more interesting pearls of charismatic wisdom to share.

JOE’s friend Cathal Pendred will also be in attendance at the event which is a real treat for MMA fans.

If that duo wasn’t enough then former Man Utd defender Rio Ferdinand will also be addressing the masses on November 5th in a duel address with ESPN’s talented broadcaster Jeremy Schaap.

That’s not all because the rest of the speakers are just as interesting, including; Cork hurling legend and GPA chairman Donal Óg Cusack, Ryder Cup winning captain Paul McGinley, skateboarder Tony Hawk and former Tottenham sporting director and Liverpool director of football Damien Comolli amongst others.

The Web Summit will host more than 20,000 guests and visitors in Dublin on November 4th- 6th and more information can be found here.
