A third fight could finally be in the works.
Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz have once again teased a third fight between the two, almost three years after the two last touched gloves.
In the early hours of Saturday morning, Diaz tweeted what first appeared to be a cryptic message, with just the numbers "185".
185

Moments later, McGregor appeared to reply to the tweet. Although it wasn't a direct response, his next tweet seemed to be answering Diaz's call, in typical McGregor fashion:
You already know me mate. I don’t give a fuck about the weight.

In this tweet, the Dublin fighter is probably referencing the fact that the two have already fought at a weight that favoured Diaz.
The first time the two went toe to toe, Stockton's own Nate Diaz won in the second round, while the second fight was a far closer affair, with McGregor winning after the fight went the distance.
This news comes months after McGregor seemed to agree to fight Diaz in Curitiba, but there has been no update on this fight since.
Book it. I’ll fight Nate on it. https://t.co/ewh4aQ4E7A

So it looks like that this is the most likely fight for McGregor to take next, although we also know that he is eager to have a rematch of some sort with Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Time will tell what's next for The Notorious.
