It looks like FIFA 19 is going to be unreal craic.
Every year the new FIFA comes out and every year millions of people buy it.
Shops in Ireland will even go as far as to have a midnight release launch where there will be a queue of people out the door absolutely buzzing to buy the new game.
And every year the game is fairly similar to the one that came beforehand.
Don’t get us wrong, they’re always great. But there’s never that much of a change.
FIFA 19, however, appears to have a pretty major change in store.
The brand new ‘Survival Mode’ is exactly what you and your mates are going to be playing at the weekend. We guarantee it.
The rules of the game are simple: It’s a perfectly normal game of FIFA, except every time you score, you get a man sent off.
Doesn’t that sound gas?

As well as that, there are new modes that include FIFA matches where shots outside the box count as double, and ‘best of three’ games.
They’ve also introduced a new ‘Heads and Volleys‘ game, which will delight basically every single person who grew up in Ireland.
The demo for the game is available now, but the real thing won’t be released until 28 September.
We can’t wait.
