Are you a bit of an ace down at the astro? Reckon you have it what it takes to take on the big boys? Are you from the west of Ireland?
If you answered ‘yes’ to the above three questions, then you’ll be very interested in a series of tournaments taking place in Connacht in the coming week in which the winners could go on and represent Ireland in a global 5-a-side tournament in Dubai.
The winners of each qualifying tournament will get a free kit at the final qualifying tournament in Dublin, where one team will be crowned the Irish champions and win an all-expenses paid trip to the tournament in Dubai.
The Galway qualifying tournament takes place this Sunday evening (22 March) and registration for the event closes on Saturday (21 March) at 12pm so if you’re interested, you’d better act fast.
Qualifying tournaments will also be taking place in Sligo on 28 March and Mayo on 29 March.
