It might not have been up there with the 2009 and 2010 All-Ireland Hurling Finals in terms of sheer quality but in terms of entertainment the meeting of Cork and Clare on Sunday was right up there.
In the end both sets of supporters had reasons to be ecstatic and disappointed and they’ll have to go through the whole gamut of emotions again when they meet in just over a fortnight’s time. And we can't wait.
Host Conor Heneghan is joined by Sean Nolan and Declan Whooley to discuss the game in detail and some of the main issues arising from Sunday, such as Clare going back to basics, Cork coming back from the dead repeatedly in the second half and the performance of Brian Gavin, whose performance was the subject of much debate afterwards.
The lads also discuss whether Jimmy Barry Murphy or Davy Fitz will be happier going into the replay and the highest number of fist-pumps following the awarding of frees in any game in recent memory.
JOE would also like to congratulate Max Ramsbottom from Stradbally in Laois, who was the winner of the JOE Win/Lose or Draw League in association with eircom. Max topped the league with a massive 202 points and for his efforts he wins two tickets to the All-Ireland Football Final and a night in a hotel.
If, like Max, you’d like to be in with a chance of winning a pair of All-Ireland Final tickets, be sure to check out the experiencemore.ie website where there are still tickets up for grabs via the weekly quiz and the brilliant and very popular Fan Pic feature.
