Former Kilkenny star Henry Shefflin has ended recent speculation by confirming that he will be on RTÉ’s hurling panel this summer.
The ten time All-Ireland winner will join Michael Lyster and company after choosing the national broadcaster over Sky Sports.
RTÉ released this press release a short time ago.
“I grew up watching the Sunday Game so it’s a real thrill to be joining the renowned team of panelists this summer and I’m excited to be a part of RTÉ Sport’s team covering the All Ireland Hurling Championship on both television and radio.”
We’re not expecting much controversy, but Shefflin should provide some fascinating insight.
