Former Tottenham captain and England defender Ledley King joins JOE’s writers Dion Fanning and Tony Barrett for a first in social media – a television broadcast screened live on Facebook.

The broadcast will be the first of its kind, globally, on social media and will see King team up with JOE’s football writers Fanning and Barrett to discuss the weekend’s Premier League football (and hopefully settle, for once and for all, the great debate about whether José Mourinho should drop Wayne Rooney).
“Innovation is an absolutely massive part of our business,” said JOE Media founder Niall McGarry (pictured above with Fanning, Barrett and King) ahead of Friday night’s broadcast.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have attracted some of the biggest names in the sporting media and it says a lot about the company that someone of Ledley’s stature in the game has decided to come on board.
“Irish people will be particularly interested to see Dion Fanning bring the same level of insight and football knowledge that he shows in his regular columns to this new, weekly broadcast.”
