Munster will face Top 14 champs Stade Francais, Leicester Tigers and Treviso, while Ulster must get past Saracens, Toulouse and Oyonnax.
Meanwhile in the Challenge Cup, Connacht will have to travel almost as far as Mongolia to face Russian side Yenisei-STM.
The men from the west will also play Newcastle and Brive.
