This is either the best or the worst excuse of all time…
Former Chelsea striker and Finland striker Mikael Forssell was held hostage this morning by dangerous assailant armed with fluffy hair and retractable claws… a stray cat.
Forssell took to Twitter to explain his training ground absence today from his club VfL Bochum.
He was unable to make it to his car because there was a cat standing beside the wheel of his car and he is allergic to the felines.

Now, we have no idea about the severity of his allergies and for all we know just being in contact with a cat could cause a severe reaction.
But we can exclusively reveal the real reason he was thoroughly afraid of going outside; it is because the cat keep looking at him and doing this…*
We don’t blame him for not going out when faced with this creep.
*We may have just made this reason up.
