The decision by Uefa to reinstate Celtic to the Champions League after it was discovered that Legia Warsaw fielded an ineligible player prompted plenty of reaction on Twitter this morning, none more vociferous than the tweet below from Slovakian winger Vladimir Weiss, formerly of Manchester City, Rangers and Olympiakos and who’s now playing his football with Lekhwiya SC in Qatar.
As responses go, it wasn’t exactly a measured one…

In the event that Weiss’ tweet is deleted – and we’d imagine there’s a good chance of that happening – have a gawk at the screenshot below…
It should be pointed out that Weiss’ choice of words are highly offensive and you wouldn’t want to be too sensitive if you’re reading through some of the responses to his tweet either. A bit unsavoury all round really.
