A lot of people do an accumulator on a Saturday morning to keep the football a little bit more interesting over the weekend.
Limerick man Ciaran Hannan is one of those people but he’s probably the most optimistic casual gambler in the country.
Ciaran, along with his buddies Dean Clancy and Jimmy Dillane, went to his local betting shop to put €1.50 on his 96-game selection. NINETY SIX.
If Ciaran’s 96 games come in… we won’t even finish that sentence. But look at the betting slip for the accumulator, it’s something else.
€1.50 well spent.
