The Irish striker looks like he’s having a good time.
After a somewhat quiet start to his Southampton career, it looks like Shane Long is finally settling down to life on the south coast. He has managed to bang in three goals in his last four appearances for Southampton, while he was desperately unlucky with a scintillating run and shot off the post against USA for Ireland last week.
It’s safe to say that Shane Long is in a good place right now and this tweet shows that he was in an even better place recently when he was spotted at a Kasabian gig and duly obliged some fans with a quick picture:

The lad in the middle of the picture bears an uncanny resemblance to a guy working up north, namely at Liverpool Football Club, by the name of one Brendan Rodgers. This was spotted by another tweeter:
