PIC: Two people on eBay are having a crazy bidding war over an All-Ireland final ticket

What a joke

Joe Harrington

There are some desperate people looking for tickets.

Tickets for the All-Ireland football final on Sunday are like gold dust and anyone we’ve chatted to doesn’t seem to have one so we’re wondering who the 82,000 people are.

One person that definitely has a ticket is eBay user orlaithdec and she’s selling it, but don’t get too carried away just yet because you’ll have to pay big bucks to get it.

She originally posted the single ticket on eBay on September 8 for €350, but a bidding war started between two potential buyers and the price has gone through the roof.

Bids

The ticket for the Upper Cusack Stand, which costs €80 at face value, is now going for €2,020.

Here’s the link if you have that kind of money in your pocket, the auction closes at 7:30pm this evening.
