We didn’t think it was possible for Robbie to go up higher in our estimation, but he’s managed it.
The Irish skipper certainly enjoyed LA Galaxy’s victory in the MLS Cup Final on Sunday night and he made sure that the fans were let in on the celebrations by buying drinks for the first 200 Galaxy fans to arrive at Hennessy’s Tavern for a special get-together yesterday evening.

Having scored the winning goal in the final and after being voted the MVP, Robbie had every reason to feel generous and while some would say a man of his money can easily afford it, it’s still a class gesture by a class act.
