Impressive stuff

Joe Harrington

We’re looking forward to the coverage.

TV3 has confirmed that all 48 matches of this year’s Rugby World Cup will be broadcast on their station.

The tournament starts in September, and the Irish channel has also announced a very impressive broadcast team.

Here’s the list of analysts: Matt Williams, Peter Stringer, Stuart Barnes, Keith Wood, Shane Jennings, Hugo MacNeill and Neil Back.

It’ll be interesting to see how Neil Back and Peter Stringer get on considering their history.

Ah no, we’re sure that’s very much water under the bridge at this stage.

Here’s the presentation team: Conor McNamara, Murray Kinsella, Liam Toland, Matt Cooper and Sinead Kissane.

Ireland’s first game is against Canada on September 19, with ties against Romania, Italy and France to follow in Pool D.
